It’s already been rocky start to the year for me, as I have sprained my ankle. You must be wondering this incident happened recently nope.. I had a fall then on top non epileptic seizures on the floor back in December (12th I think) 2017, thought it was just badly bruised, so didn’t bother going to the GP before I left to stay in Northamptonshire with family. Whole time there’s been pain, but there was time it was just average so didn’t think nothing of it. So much time had passed, I had to see a Doctor, once got back home, I did. So this is twice sprained my ankle within a year, the previous one was hazard issue that won’t get into on here, and this one just like inflicting more pain onto myself clearly, but of course with my healing process can be tampered due to the different illnesses I have, can cause harm to it again, so it’s not easy street with unpredictable body.
Since my mum blow dried my hair after wash&condition, after no heat has been on it since over a year now, I’ve been living with my fro, it’s fluffy soft bouncy. If you follow me on instagram (link is on my sidebar) you would see I’ve been sporting the blowout fro, great excuse to be following me, see what’s going on 😉
The only make up on my face is mascara and lipstick from Q-KI (from the advent calendar, blogged about it click here). Not sure why there’s reddish colour in between my nose and lips, I assure you no smudged lipstick or anything above pic, nor is my skin flaky as it looks like in one of the pics, still used it, as quite like that pic, also my Afro was shrunk in these pics, as just took my hair out from being in hair band, wanted to take advantage of the natural light, before it went, much bigger in real life.
Being yourself is ok, no make up, full face, wig, weave, natural hair, am I deemed less pretty because I have afro?!
If you rich, comfortable, ok, poor it’s ok not to be the norm, in the blogging YouTube community you would think having designer labels was the norm, it’s not, my norm is having the pharmacy delivery guy shout at my door saying meds very loudly just two seconds ago, no lie, everybody’s norm is different and that’s fine, don’t have to fit into this cute little packaged box.
Enough preaching, I just wanted pop in say hi before resumed back to normal blogging, you know I like to chat 🙂 remember don’t put so much pressure on yourself to complete resolutions, you forget about the here and now, deep. Ok I will stop now.
Speaking of blogging please check out my guest blog post I done for accessibleGO, all about somewhere I want to go on holiday click here. It be great if you could check it out, give it a read. Thank you in advance.x
PS the pics wasn’t taken with no filter or adjustments. I let you guess how they was taken…..
